Today, I would like to introduce you a Custom-Made Cap, called “junhashimoto CATERPP CAP”.

It has been half a year, since we had a meeting to release the Custom-Made Cap in Osaka.
We are now very glad to release the cap as a Nagoya Limited Edition without any problems.

We ordered the cap to a company whose name is CATERPP with the purpose of making the cap that can not be blown away.
That widely roles to be used for various situation such as daily used.
The main fabric which is named “Sunshine Guard Tafta”, is adopted, and it is well-known as a high-performance material.
Several characteristics in the below.
UV cut
Water repellent processing
Lightweight
Heat insulation
A logo of junhashimoto is politely embroidered on top of a special adjustment rubber.
Black coloring including the logo is also a good point.
The cap can be casually worn by easily adjusting the size with one hand, and the special adjustment rubber strongly works windy day or active scene.
Fabric : Polyester 100%
Lining : polyurethane filming process
Size measurement : 59cm (Around the head)
Adjustment rubber ± 3cm
The length of the brim of the cap：7cm
The height of the cap：11cm
At first, it was planned to release only bucket hats but as the meeting progressed, we wanted to release caps as well.
We had already chosen the fabric, material and specifications at that time.
The design in the use of materials in fully black including the logo, and the idea of UV cut came from a previous UV folding umbrella.
We suggest you to go out with the cap for example, Osaka World Expo, Universal Studio Japan, Disney Resort, golf and a small trip and so on.
